Lead UI Engineer

CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Lead UI Engineer to join Cyberpunk 2 Team. In this role, you will lead the UI Engineering Team responsible for implementing and maintaining user interface features for the game.Daily Responsibilities:Managing your direct reports and supporting their professional development and career path, including setting up 1:1s, performance management, hiring and promotions. Working closely with designers, artists and other developers to understand their needs and ensure that your team is aligned with everyone to deliver on expectations.Guiding your team to build and enhance UI features.Maintaining and optimizing existing systems.Creating new features for the user interface framework.Implementing tools for UI artists and designers.Tracking and fixing bugs in the game user interface and user interface framework.Managing and completing tasks effectively and on time, while creating high quality code.
