Desktop Support EngineerBoston, MAFull Time CDW has an excellent opportunity for a Technical Support Analyst in Boston, MA! In this role, you will support a multi-location organization with day-to-day end user support challenges. Serving as a Level 2 Support Analyst, you will be responsible for solving user challenges that are escalated from the Help Desk team.

Required expertise includes:
  • 5 years of Technical Support / Help Desk / Desktop Support
  • 2+ years of Active Directory experience (adding users, resetting accounts, etc.)
  • 2+ years of O365 Support – advanced knowledge with this product
  • Experience supporting mobile devices
  • Ability to travel to other sites periodically (Requires driver’s license and vehicle)
