Lien Specialist

The Lien Specialist on the Lien Services team is primarily responsible for full review, analysis, and dispute of assigned documents. The Lien Specialist is not directly client facing, but will provide an added layer of support for our clients and Senior Lien Specialists.  Each Lien Specialist is responsible for successful communication, timely responses and providing overall excellent customer service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes individual accountability with the support of a team structure, come join us!About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the RoleResponsible for client calls regarding specific cases that are complex/involved where the client is looking for a conference call to discuss strategyFollow up and monitor S111 updates re: pending disputesTimely complete Status requests sent to personal inboxComprehensive review, analysis, and dispute of assigned conditional payment, Medicare Advantage, Part D, Medicaid lettersCommunicate effectively, timely, professionally and comprehensively. Communication includes, but is not limited to, internal emails, client inquiries, case status requests, case updates and general subject matter questions. Maintain 24-48 hour TAT on all incoming emails and phone messages.Assist attorneys, staff and account management as requested
