Lobby Ambassador

The Lobby Ambassador is responsible for greeting all guests in a courteous and welcoming manner.  The Lobby Ambassador will engage anybody entering the lobby area and act as way-finders, proactively provide assistance, escort guests to their destinations and support the front desk and concierge as needed.  The Lobby Ambassador should be an expert on hotel services and amenities and will familiarize themselves with the scheduled guest arrivals each day.
