Looking for Chef to bring things to a new level

We are an Italian restaurant and looking for someone to help take the kitchen to the next level! There is a team in there right now but they need someone with a real passion for putting out high quality Italian food as well as to truly lead them

Individual should be committed to top quality products and putting out amazing food. Understand labor and food costs so that ordering and scheduling is something they can do well to make sure the kitchen is profitable. Menu is being revamped and we would like someone who wants to contribute and be part of building something great - not to just come in and coast. If you want to put your stamp on something, this could be the place for you. You'll contribute to the menu, be in charge of specials and pricing things up, working on presentation so the food looks great and your team is consistent with what you want them to put out.
