Our client, a for-profit, social security disability advocacy group located in Worcester MA, is seeking a detail-oriented Mail Analyst to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to turn permanent. This is a full time, on-site position Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Compensation for this role is $17 per hour. Qualified and interested individuals are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.ResponsibilitiesInbound Mail:Sort, open, prepare and scan mailFile documents that have been scannedDocument Review: Review and classify documents to check for accuracy in scanningDocument Validation: Confirm document is classified correctly & input necessary information from documentDistribute mail and give original documents to specific staff membersOutbound Mail:Print and identify different mailings for clients (Approximately 25-30 different mailings)Properly assemble each mailing into the correct envelope with the correct additives (i.e., CD, return envelope, etc.Pull client documents going to the government and assemble them for mailing.Make sure there is proper postage on all envelopes (return envelopes as well)Make sure the address is complete and documents are printed correctlyUnderstand postage rates and be able to use the postage machineAbility to operate a pallet jack, folding machine, and printer.Process incoming wet signature packs from clientSort and open mailAbility to operate the scanner to scan incoming signature packsValidate signature packs - checking every page.File signature packs.QualificationsHigh degree of attention to detailData entry experienceAbility to perform repeated tasksAdministrative capabilitiesFacility with computers and technologyAbility to listen to instructions and follow them accuratelyAbility to complete assigned work within a pre-determined timeframe (100 pieces per hour, or one welcome packet in two minutes - Outbound Mail)High school diploma, GED, or some college preferredPay: $17/hr, free parking availableBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
