Be a part of a company that thinks differently to solve problems, make progress, and deliver meaningful innovations.If you have experience in the repair of mechanical, electrical, building systems and equipment, this job could be for you.As the Maintenance Mechanic I-HVAC you will performdiversified duties to maintain, repair, align and adjust all facilities equipment and devices.A Day in the LifeYou will be part of a team that:Performs repairs and maintenance in plant or office facilities, or on machines and equipment.

Performs work in one or more of the maintenance trades: carpentry, plumbing, painting, machine and equipment repair, electrical, sheet metal fabrication, and welding.

Conducts routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment.

Uses hand and power tools.

Tests, inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs machines and equipment.

Uses blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications.

Must Have: Minimum RequirementsHigh School diploma plus0 years of experience required

Nice to HaveExperience with Compressed Air Systems (preferably Ingersoll Rand, Kaeser)

Understand regulated environment specifications, how they are operated/maintained.

Experience with Facility Maintenance issues and downstream impact to occupants.

Analytical thought process, ability to evaluate options, make decisions.

Ability to read and understand blueprints, shop drawings, and schematics.

Thorough understanding of all systems and processes related to the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment.

Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
