Maintenance/handyman

Looking for individual(s) with prior experience in property maintenance. This is a full-time position responsible for performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks at our commercial properties. Responsibilities include but not limited to, performing interior and exterior painting and touch-ups, handle minor parking lot and grounds maintenance. Conduct general carpentry and small-scale construction work. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Maintain tools and company equipment in good condition, communicate with other staff regarding job status and needs.
