Manufacturing Engineer W2 Hiring

Position: Manufacturing Engineer Location: Wilmington, MA (Onsite) Start Date: ImmediateResponsibilities:Support NPI process activities for transition into manufacturing.Assist with tool build, sub‑assembly build, and testing.Read and follow OMS, procedures, and technical documentation.Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues as they arise.Work in cleanroom environments as required.Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve documentation and component problems.Qualifications:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (other disciplines considered).Minimum 5 years of related manufacturing engineering experience.Ability to interpret schematics, assembly drawings, and BOMs.Experience debugging mechanical and electrical problems.Hands‑on experience supporting manufacturing operations.
