Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Pardot (MCAE), HubSpot, or Eloqua.

Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns.

A strong understanding of audience segmentation, lead scoring, and email marketing best practices.

Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and how they integrate with marketing tools.

Analytical skills to track campaign performance and deliver data-driven insights.

Familiarity with A/B testing, workflows, and lead nurturing campaigns.

The ability to collaborate with content teams, sales, and other stakeholders to create cohesive strategies.

Proficiency in marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Pardot (MCAE), HubSpot, or Eloqua.

Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics. Strong understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or other coding languages for email template customization (not always required but a great plus).

Professional Experience:

Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

2–5+ years of experience in marketing automation, demand generation, or digital marketing roles.

Proven track record in implementing and managing successful automated marketing campaigns.

Analytical and Creative Skills:

Strong ability to analyze data and interpret campaign performance metrics effectively.

Creativity in designing email templates, writing subject lines, and optimizing campaign messaging.

Soft Skills:

Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting data-driven insights.

Other Desirable Skills:

Experience with personalization using AI tools or software.

Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
