A healthy compensation plan: Up to $65,00 for full-time (25 sessions/week) or up to $52,000 for part-time (20 sessions/week), based on base pay and average cash tips.

Performance Bonus: Up to an additional 5% percent paid per service hour for therapists working a minimum of 20+ hours/week (payable twice/year).
