MDM Analyst

Location: Framingham, MA/Remote

Duration: 12m+ ideally convert in a year or so.

Responsibilities

Responsible to collect, refine, implement, and maintains the quality of product master data used in supply chain systems and other downstream manufacturing systems.
Manage processes for material master, bill of materials, supplier pricing within ERP system.
Run reports of newly added materials, BoM’s and perform periodic audits to ensure accuracy.
Provide master data reports and analytics not available to other users upon request.
Develop processes and procedures (SOP’s, work instructions) for MDM and relevant supply chain activities.
Participate in Conference Room Pilot (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Understands data requirements of different groups and analyze dependencies and impact.
Ensures that all data is up to date and accurate and that the information is reliable for all users.

Qualifications

Prior work experience in supply chain or manufacturing required.
Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud experience required.
Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry preferred.
Experience managing Product Master Data, Bill of Materials and Pricing information.
3+ years of experience with Oracle EBS or Cloud – Product Information Management, Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, Shipping, and Discrete Manufacturing.
3+ years of work experience in a data management role. Working knowledge of the underlying database table structures SQL/PL SQL.
Experience with reporting and analytical tools, such as OTBI.
Understanding of basic supply chain operating principles.
Understanding of data governance standards and best practices.
Strong data entry and data management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
This position will be based in Cambridge, MA and currently remote.
