CSMi manufactures and markets the HUMAC NORM System worldwide (www.humacnorm.com). We are seeking a skilled mechanical-electro assembler to join our production team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in manufacturing processes, with a focus on precision and quality. This role involves following printed method sheets to assemble mechanical and electrical components. The Mechanical Assembler will be utilizing hand tools and power tool.
Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical and or electrical components according to printed assembly documentation.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to complete assembly tasks.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with manufacturing standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and improve processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in mechanical assembly or related roles such as auto mechanic.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and follow assembly sheets.
Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, calipers, and ohmmeters.
Basic electrical experience is advantageous for this role.
Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Able to stand or sit for long period of time
Able to lift up to 80 lbs
