The Medical Program Lead will participate in the development of and lead the execution of the medical pre-launch and launch activities for an Immunology asset, while adhering to the highest scientific and ethical standards ensuring for success. Activities include medical affairs tactics, support to scientific communications, publications and clinical studies. Continuous support to activities and deliverables owned by the cross-functional headquarter teams (including Marketing, Patient Access, and Community Engagement).Preferred candidates are located close to one of our East Coast offices (NC and MA).Execute global medical strategy for an Immunology asset, including the following deliverables:Build and execute global medical strategy and tactical plans (pre-launch and launch)Manage engagement of global KOLs in the fieldInput to clinical development activitiesInternal and external medical/scientific communication and education deliverablesExternal and internal training and training materialScientific input to external and internal scientific publicationsSupport to cross-functional projectsProvide scientific input to the development of material driven by cross-functional teamsTo be successful in these activities, the Medical Program Lead:Will possess and continue to develop a significant level of knowledge in ImmunologyWill build and further develop productive relationships with key external stakeholdersWill develop productive relationships and contributions within the cross-functional headquarter team, as well as with local affiliate offices, and collaborative partnersWill role model the highest scientific and ethical standards, and work in accordance with applicable rules and regulations with regards medical activities
