MES Technical Systems Owner

Location: Lexington, MA Salary: Depends on Experience Description: The Judge Group is seeking a MES Technical Systems Owner for a Contract to Hire opportunity in Greater Boston. This will be hybrid, onsite 3 days a week.

• Acts as the MES Technical System Owner (TSO) at the manufacturing site.
• Actively participates in the deployment of MES at the manufacturing site by collaborating with global team and cross-functional site teams.
• Coordinates MES related activities at the site, including but not limited to, infrastructure deployment, enabling systems integration, manufacturing intelligence, and tier 1/tier 2 support.
• Managing ServiceNow for plant MES incidents/changes/tickets including escalations, tracking, and metrics

• Werum PAS-X general system use and architecture
• Computerized System Validation
• Data Integrity
• Application life-cycle management methodologies
• ServiceNow ITIL Processes
• Computerized System Change Control
• Owns the IT System Owner responsibilities per:
• Global SOP System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Global Standard Computerized System Validation
• ITIL Procedures - Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Configuration Management

• Bachelors Degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing or relevant field
• Understanding of software project life cycle and experience in working with Werum's PAS-X MES
• Ability to quickly learn MES software functionality, pharmaceutical production processes and related configuration processes
• Five+ years of experience in the life sciences industry on large scale applications
• Strong experience in Computer System Validation (CSV) for manufacturing systems
• Sound experience in project management
