- Lead the definition, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing of projects.
- Manage budget, scope, timeline, quality for projects to ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Develop, document, analyze and re-design business processes.
- Lead the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed budget and project plan to monitor and track progress
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
- Measure and report project performance

- Provide IT support for regulatory and compliance activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business
- 5 years of progressive experience leading and managing IT projects including ERP, web and other software implementation projects
- Experience with multiple software development and project management methodologies including waterfall, rapid iterative development and Agile
- Solid understanding of business functional areas, business management issues and data analysis.
- Exceptional written and oral communication abilities and presentation skills.
- Experience in leading cross functional project teams.
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management.
- Experience with process modeling methodology and tools.
- Ability to diagnose problems & provide viable solutions.
- Ability to utilize Continuous Improvement concepts and philosophies on a regular basis
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification
