Accountability Objective:
  • Lead the definition, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing of projects.
  • Manage budget, scope, timeline, quality for projects to ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Develop, document, analyze and re-design business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Develop a detailed budget and project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
  • Measure and report project performance
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Manage project risks is a plus
  • Agile Scrum Master or Product Owner certification is a plus Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Translate business requirements into user and functional requirements. Analyze complex business problems and assess how process changes and systems can be implemented to solve them.
  • Provide IT support for regulatory and compliance activities.

Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business
  • 5 years of progressive experience leading and managing IT projects including ERP, web and other software implementation projects
  • Experience with multiple software development and project management methodologies including waterfall, rapid iterative development and Agile
  • Solid understanding of business functional areas, business management issues and data analysis.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities and presentation skills.
  • Experience in leading cross functional project teams.
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management.
  • Experience with process modeling methodology and tools.
  • Ability to diagnose problems & provide viable solutions.
  • Ability to utilize Continuous Improvement concepts and philosophies on a regular basis
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification
