Monitoring and AIOps Principal Engineer

Job Description

• Looking for a technical lead to drive a number of initiatives in monitoring and AIOps space
• Lead implementation of application monitoring changes for a number of critical systems
• Lead implementation of monitoring tools for desktop, laptop, and batch monitoring
• Lead implementation of AIOps product and processes
• Monitoring and AIOps Principal Engineer responsible for technical design and alignment with other areas, such as architecture, security, application support, and others
• Requires prior experience with monitoring, event management, and AIops tools and products
• Prior experience with leading technical initiatives, preferably in monitoring space
• Monitoring and AIOps Principal Engineer requires prior experience with monitoring, event management, and AIops tools and products
• Prior experience with leading technical initiatives, preferably in monitoring space
• Analyzes potential changes and enhancements to system software and databases to determine compliance impact on existing production systems, system design standards, and operating procedures.
• Works as a member of a project team on Compliance and Security projects. May lead teams on smaller projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Working knowledge of the Sarbanes Oxley requirements and controls
• Experience with change management systems, principles, and best practices
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
• Minimum 5 years of experience in monitoring and/or AIOps space

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Math or equivalent related experience

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communicational skills
