MRNA Process Development Scientist

We are seeking a process development scientist to join the messenger-RNA (mRNA) process development team. The successful candidate will be contributing to early and operational tech development.  In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for production and analysis of RNA constructs and carrying out preparative and purification chromatography.Perform in vitro transcription (IVT) and purification (chromatography, tangential flow filtration) experiments.Perform analytical methods including but not limited to capillary gel electrophoresis (CGE), Akta chromatography, HPLC, and ELISA.Process the data and provide data summaries to team members and key stakeholders.Prepare buffers, reagents, and stock solutions used for process development activities, following established recipes and SOPs.Maintain an updated lab notebook, order materials, maintain lab equipment, and support equipment troubleshooting as needed.Uphold lab safety to the highest level of standards.
