We are a growing cleaning business that focuses on delivering exceptional, detail-oriented commercial, residential, and Airbnb rental cleaning services with a unique twist -Aromatherapy Our goal is to provide homes not only with cleanliness but also with a calming and refreshing atmosphere. We are currently looking for 2 dedicated and professional women with 2-5 years of cleaning experience to join our team!

Position: House Cleaner (Part-Time to Full-Time Available)

Service Area: 30-mile radius around North Reading, MA

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of homes, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.

Implement aromatherapy products to enhance the overall cleaning experience, ensuring our clients' homes smell inviting and refreshing.

Provide outstanding customer service, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with our services.

Offer and explain our Home Clean Essence Plan and our Essence Subscription to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits of both.

Maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.

Ensure each cleaning is done with attention to detail and within the specified time frame.

Requirements

2-5 years of professional home cleaning experience.

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.

Willingness to learn and use aromatherapy products as part of the cleaning process.

Availability to work flexible hours (part-time to full-time).
