ESSENTIAL➢ Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.➢ Maintain proper rotation of products in chillers.➢ Must have a very flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and AM & PM shifts.➢ Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.➢ Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Fairmont Standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.➢ Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag while working.➢ Comply at all times with Fairmont standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.➢ Set up all tables in the dining room for appropriate shift.➢ Prepare iced tea, coffee, espresso, juice, hot chocolate.➢ Stock necessary equipment, including linen, china, glasses, cutlery, and supplies to maintain proper meal period table settings.➢ Maintain proper settings on tables during course of shift.➢ Clear tables quickly and efficiently upon completion of courses.➢ Complete cleaning duties utilizing corporate SOP checklist. (dusting, sweeping, wiping, polishing, etc.) MARGINAL➢ Prepare lemon by cutting in wedges.➢ Serve guests in waiter’s absence.➢ Maintain beverage levels in glasses on tables. (coffee, tea, water, juice)➢ Other duties as required.
