You'll be just minutes from Revere Beach, great shopping, restaurants, and easy access to Boston.This position is located in affordable communities that are covered by government regulations.A bit more about what you’ll do…Making appointments, receiving and screening visitors and telephone calls using a telephone script.Maintaining and controlling confidential files and records.Preparing leases for occupancy and making initial computation of rents and monthly payments according to authority policy.Reviewing applications and interviews applicants for housing.Maintains the waiting list of applicants for housing and determines applicant eligibility.Maintaining continuing compliance and resident relations, upholding all fair housing principles, and applying the unique Program rules correctly including the student, unit transfer, unit vacancy and available unit rules.
