Office/Admin Send/Receive Shipments

9am-3pm shifts available: Wednesdays and Fridays

I am willing to provide all the training you need to be successful in this position. I would like to hire someone who enjoys this type of work and is self-motivated; this is especially true considering that you'd be working alone (others will be working remotely and can support you)

Here is list of the main tasks:

1) Receive calls from referral sources and clients in regards to insurance-covered electric breast pump orders

2) Call clients to obtain their preferred breast pump model and delivery method (the majority of our orders are received via fax from healthcare providers)

3) Request prescriptions for "electric breast pumps" via a phone call or on-line fax to healthcare provider

4) Package and ship breast pumps (thankfully the post office is literally steps away from the office)

5) Occasionally provide the product directly to a client that requests to pick it up at the office
