Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. Raytheon has an opening for a hardware On Time Delivery Manager role in the Andover, MA facility. The successful candidate has experience leading, program operations management, manufacturing, handling strategic business units (SBU) programmatic and customer facing interactions. This person serves as focal point to lead on time delivery strategy, align on contract line items (CLIN) deliverables within the OSC, SBUs and customer. forecasting. This role requires successful daily interaction with cross functional teams, programs, and business units to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives using data-driven decision making to enable effective OTD improvements.What You Will Do

This person serves as focal point to lead on time delivery strategy, align on CLIN deliverables, status and drives improvements within specific SBU(s) and DCMA segments.

This person monitors hardware delivery, delinquency burn down plans, and contract compliance to ensure delivery per requirements.

This person scrubs the Raytheon and DCMA data ensure OTD accuracy, alignment, and corrections as necessary.

This person lead regular reviews with Raytheon leadership to mitigate and remove roadblocks.

Facilitate OTD process harmonization and reporting across Raytheon businesses and customer.

Lead deployment of OTD improvements across functions and disciplines including manufacturing, program office, engineering, contracts, quality to support on time delivery.

Routinely generate and interpret reports using the following software solutions: PowerBI, Kinaxis, CRS, SAP Prism and APEX, etc.

Use reports to influence decisions made by SBUs, manufacturing and supply chain related to OTD improvements.

This position is hybrid role in our Andover, MA location.

Basic Qualifications:

Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts.

Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, teams)

MRP knowledge, SAP PRISM/APEX experience, and CRS

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
