Must have good knowledge on all Desktop Operating systems Windows XP, Windows 7,8 and Windows Must have knowledge on Mobile device management and policy enforcement for Windows, iPhone, Android. Must have basic knowledge on Exchange, Lync, Office 365 Knowledge of video and audio-conferencing technologies. Must have experience working with 3rd party vendors to provide hardware maintenance repairs. Understanding of service desk Incident, Change, Problem Management process. Knowledge on Service desk tools like ServiceNow Knowledge on various Antivirus tools, Trend Anti-virus preferable Assist in providing computer support relating to software and hardware problems reported by end users Maintain adequate knowledge of Operating System and application software being used to provide high level support to end users Assist in testing new and different software and hardware applications to analyze viability for system enhancement Ensure that all windows patches are applied on the end user devices Assist in designing and developing customized workflows (ITSM tool) and solutions as needed Act as liaison with other IT support team members to resolve issues in a timely manner and ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation tracking and follow-ups of all incidents and requests Ensure to create and maintain Standard Operating Environment (SOE) image with up-to-date patches Providing Application packaging services and publishing applications in customer environment Proactively monitor the performance of end user devices, desktop applications, identify RCA and make approve changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of applications Jitender Kumar Lead Technical Recruiter +1.
