We seek individuals with proven competencies and strong character to help lead our organization now and into the future.How you'll make an impact :The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is an outstanding, accelerated opportunity to develop the vital skills for a career as an Operations leader. The program is led by a dedicated Program Manager with oversight by the Operations Leadership Team.OLDP participants will have the opportunity for multiple assignments over two (2) years that provide strategic direction in different facets of Operations while allowing for exposure to our core processes, technologies, and leaders. Participants will gain proficiency with our diverse functional areas, business units, products / services, and regions. Additional learning opportunities include: formal development sessions; dedicated Executive Mentorship; utilization of our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology; and a network of outstanding LDP alumni across the organization.Rotations will include the following functional areas / business operations:

People Management: Team Lead

Technical: PPI Specialist, Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer

Supply Chain: Planning & Sourcing

Quality: Quality Engineer, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs

Distribution/Logistics: Distribution/Logistics Specialist

Procurement: Direct Category Management, Indirect Category Management, Procurement Excellence

Start Date: The OLDP is set to begin July 14, 2025 and individuals are responsible for finalizing housing and transportation prior to program commencement and across each six (6) month rotation across the two (2) year program.Compensation & Locations: Our OLDP offers a starting salary of $80,000 in addition to the following as part of the total compensation: Annual Incentive Plan, Sign-on Bonus, Relocation Assistance. Geographic flexibility is required both during and upon completion of the program.How will you get here?

Undergraduate student completing a Bachelor's degree between December 2024 and June 2025 in one of the following: Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field of study.

1+ years of Operations-related experience required (i.e. work experience, internships, special projects, etc.).

Strong desire and motivation to develop acareeras a future Operations leader and serve in a people manager capacity post-LDP.

Consistenttrackrecord of teamwork demonstrating integrity,innovation,involvement, and intensity.

Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity.

Ability to interactwith and influence colleagues and leaders at all levels of a matrixed environment.

Excellent interpersonalcommunicationskills with a high degree of emotionalintelligence and strong executive presence.
