Operations Manager, Charter Services

We are a large transportation company founded in 1983 and based on Cape Cod. We provide a broad range of transportation services throughout Cape Cod and the southeast region of the State. We are now looking for an Operations Manager to join our dedicated team.

The Operations Manager reports to the Director of Charter Services, and assist with managing bookings, drivers, sales and the client experience. In this position, you will have day to day oversight coordinating a fast-paced team working with a variety of clients providing quality customer service fulfilling a full menu of transportation needs. Mercedes Cab provides black car, school bus, tours, wedding trolleys and the Funk Bus, just to name a few of our offerings. The Operations Manager will assist with the day to day functions of the company fulfilling many responsibilities while juggling multiple priorities.
