Oracle EBS Technical Lead

Job Title: Oracle EBS Technical Lead Consultant Fulltime Relevant Experience: 12+ Yrs Work Location: Boston MA / Remote Technical/Functional Skills Strong technical skills in Oracle Procure to pay, Oracle SCM, Advanced PL/SQL, Custom Forms Reports, Materialized views, Interfaces, API's, Workflow and AME Experience Required

• A proven track record developing systems requirements and designing, prototyping and testing under multiple deadlines.
• Solution Evaluations and Recommendation Lead the team in coming out with solution alternatives and takes the recommended solution alternatives to the customer, reviews the solution options and suggests improvements in order to get customer buy in the suggested alternatives.
• Sound knowledge of the Oracle EBS architecture and how it can be interfaced with all the upstream and downstream systems.
• Candidate should have knowledge of best practices for Oracle Technical processes.
• Experience developing forms customization using custom Extensive experience importing Purchase orders through the standard Oracle API preferred.
• Troubleshoot and work with Oracle Support to resolve problems.
• Adhere to development standards, processes, guidelines and procedures including Oracle OUM and AIM Methodologies
• Technical experience with multiple Oracle EBS Financials, Procurement and Supply Chain Modules 12.2.x.
• Experience managing a team of technical developers and estimating effort
• Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development
• Personalization: Forms and OA Framework
• XML Publisher, Shell scripting, Oracle Development Tools (Forms/Reports/Workflow Builder), SQLLoader
• Application and SQL Tuning concepts
• Oracle EBS Applications 12.2.x & Oracle 19c database knowledge
• Experience with Oracle EBS Open Interfaces, APIs, and Web Services
• Must be technically proficient and functionally knowledgeable in Oracle EBS modules including knowledge of the underlying data model as well as basic process and data flow

• Lead and manage Oracle eBusiness Suite custom development efforts in support of client delivery projects
• Coordinate custom object delivery and estimation with offshore development team
• Manage project development team members; perform code reviews, technical design reviews, and track delivery metrics and dates
• Estimate development effort based on both high level and detailed requirements for extensions, reports, conversions, interfaces and workflows
• Responsible for gathering business requirements / system requirements either directly, or in partnership with functional project team members
• Work with the business functional areas to research and identify the best technical solution to support the most efficient business processes
