We are looking for a hardworking, highly motivated Database Engineer with strong understanding of programming fundamentals, software design and practices to join our Engineering team, developing solutions using Database technologies - Oracle – PLSQL, ETL, mid-tier technologies – Java/Spring and cloud deployment and services supporting the Asset Management organization. The Expertise & Skills You Bring- Proven experience with SQL, PLSQL & ETL development
- Knack for writing clean, testable, readable, and easily maintainable code
- Proven understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
- Exposure with middleware Java stack and Spring frameworks is a plus
- Understanding of AWS services and deployment
- Experience working in an Agile software delivery environment, with exposure to CI/CD.
- Passionate about engineering excellence with a strong understanding of object-orientated programming.
- Exposure to Python is a plus
- Exposure to Test Automation is a plus
- Experience with how to operate in an Agile environment
- Deliver using an Acceptance Test development (ATDD) approach
