Order Management Representative (Remote, United States)

Work as a member of the Order Management team that supports the Americas sales teamsBe the point of contact for a specified sales team within the Americas to collate details required for current sales opportunitiesReview and approve quotes for Sales to self-generate standard order formsCreate non-standard order forms in line with company policiesEnsure order forms are prepared in a timely and accurate manner to meet tight sales deadlines   Work with Manager and Legal to review and approve revisions to order forms requested by Customers or PartnersWork across various levels within the organizationEnsure all paperwork is received (order forms, purchase orders, etc.) and matches the approved quote upon contract execution Ensure all sales orders are processed in Salesforce and shipment of products is done in a timely mannerShare best practices and ensure compliance with company internal policies and processesAssist with user acceptance testing for new features in SalesforceAssist with SOX audits and process reviews when required
