Pallet Rack Warehouse and Installation Manager

Looking for a Pallet Racking warehouse manager:

Supervision and Leadership:

-Oversee daily operations of a pallet rack crew

-Assign tasks and allocate resources effectively

-Provide guidance and support crew members

-Foster a positive team environment and promote collaboration

Train and Develop:

-Conduct training sessions on pallet rack operations, safety procedures, and equipment use.

-Ensure that crew members are certified to operate forklifts and other machinery.

-Evaluate crew performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Safety Management:

-Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regualtions.

-Conduct regular safety inspections of pallet racks and equipment

-Address safety concerns and incidents promptly

Performance Monitoring:

-Track productivity metrics and performance of crew members

-Analyze workflow and identify areas for improvement

-Report operational efficiency to management

Problem Solving:

-Address operational challenges and resolve conflicts within the team

-Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency and safety

-Handle equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs as needed.

Compliance and Reporting:

-Maintain accurate records of pallet rack inspections, safety audits and inventory levels

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

-Prepare reports for management on crew performance, safety incidents and operational metrics.

Communication:

-Facilitate clear communication between crew members and management

-Conduct regular briefings and debriefings to keep the team informed.

-Encourage feedback and suggestions from crew members.
