Role Description: The

P&P Assurance Engineer III must have at least 5+ years of experience. This Particular Profile is for verification and validation, testing, quality assurance, and/or process improvement. Activities include reviews and evaluations of products or processes. Typically responsible for test, methods, and procedures to ensure continuous improvement to software quality assurance standards. (It should be understood that this is not intended to be a detailed nor comprehensive description of any individual employee's job content. Managers set the specific duties and responsibilities for each employee).

Key Responsibilities: -

Scope: Functional areas of work may include verification and validation, testing, quality assurance, and/or process improvement. Activities include reviews and evaluations of products or processes. Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet objectives. Establishes and recommends changes to policies which affect subordinate organization(s). Provides guidance to others to achieve goals in accordance with established policies. -

Problem Complexity: Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. -

Impact: Erroneous recommendations or failure to obtain outcomes would normally result in project delays and considerable expenditure of resources. -

Liaison: Interacts with management on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers. Requires the ability to change the thinking of or gain acceptance of others. -

Freedom To Act: May be responsible for the technical direction, leadership, and training of less experienced staff. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience
