Payroll SpecialistAttleboro, MAResponsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations

Calculate and process payroll deductions, benefits, and other related transactions

Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance and address any changes promptly

Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies

Process and maintain accurate records of employee time and attendance

Generate payroll reports and provide insights to support decision-making processes

Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a payroll specialist or in a similar role

Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance

Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills
