Pharmaceutical Lab Equipment Coordinator

The Pharmaceutical Lab Equipment Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing activities within an analytical laboratory. Key responsibilities include overseeing equipment maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability. The candidate is also expected to train and mentor junior lab members and collaborate with key stakeholders in lab related activities.Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of instrument operations for an R&D analytical laboratory including maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairHands-on troubleshooting of basic issues along with coordination with instrument vendors on preventive maintenance and repairs as neededServe as point of contact with additional internal/external stakeholders (lab operations, facilities, IT, instrument vendor, etc.) for lab related activities, such as instrument installation, PM, and relocationTrain and mentor junior lab members on proper instrument operation and data analysis using common CDS software packages including Empower, Openlab CDS, Chemstation, and MasslynxEnsure the safety of lab-based personnel working in the analytical lab area by collaborating with EHS and lab safety teamsPerform other activities as required
