Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality pharmaceutical components and products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.Job Title: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing AssociateLocation: Cambridge, MAPay Range: $29 to $37 per hour on W-2 basis depending upon experienceWhat's the Job?

Produce pharmaceutical components and products by following current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) within a cleanroom environment.

Operate and monitor GMP equipment, ensuring compliance with production batch records (BPRs) and maintaining a safe work environment.

Perform the weighing of manufacturing ingredients and the manufacturing of intermediate formulations.

Document production processes by completing forms, reports, logs, and records of equipment batches.

Participate in continuous safety and environmental inspections while maintaining inventory control using a computerized system.

What's Needed?

2+ years of experience in manufacturing production OR a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences with 1+ year of manufacturing production experience.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Experience or understanding of pharmaceutical development is preferred.

Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, USP, and FDA quality guidelines and regulations is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and work in rotating shifts, extended periods, and/or overtime when required.
