Photographer/Photography Student for Real Estate Marketing Gig

Hello!

My name is Andrew, and I have been a Real Estate Broker in the Greater Boston area for about 15 years now. I have a small boutique-style business, work with fairly high-end properties, and have a discerning & sophisticated clientele. I am hoping to find a photographer/videographer who is able to help me with some smaller scale property shoots, and also some video content for online marketing. This is definitely a part-time sort of gig that should definitely be considered a second or third gig for someone. I'm happy to work out either an hourly compensation of $30/hour or we could figure something out on a per job basis. If we are able to create some great content together, and have a good working relationship, I would also be willing to delve into some profit sharing on closed deals etc (but that's a longer conversation).
