Together, we’re pioneering the future of science and medicine, developing products that enable researchers in the fight to save lives.What you’ll do Support FG planning and Raw Materials purchasing for production lines at WBO/SHY facilities.

Follow up with suppliers around open purchase orders and performance KPI’s and reduce purchase order defect rate.

Expedite and prioritize orders through the production process.

Define and update planning attributes, date management, safety stocks, replenishment methods in the ERP system Oracle to improve the main KPI’s: On Time Delivery and Inventory turns.

Optimize materials planning processes and implement process improvements, using Lean and BI tools.

Support all lean activities, initiatives, and action workouts.

Create and maintain internal controls (MPS, dashboards, ISO mgmt, date mgmt.)

Responsible for production materials requests and materials return process.

Create/develop tools to maintain data accuracy in oracle.

Who you are

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

Computer proficiency. Strong MS Excel skill is required.

Experience with Supply Chain Materials Planning

Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skills

Oracle knowledge and experience

Strong SQL, and Business Intelligence tools skills - Desired

Six Sigma Green Belt - Desired

Ability to work independently

Working knowledge of MRP
