Description Responsible to provide in-depth analysis utilizing financial data to influence and drive solid business decisions for UKG. Role will place specific emphasis on evaluating the financial implications of IT Strategic decisions, operating model and IT Performance. Assist in identifying and building consensus for IT Performance metrics and measurement. Establish a collaborative process to develop a long range plan for accounting and financial practices, and communication of key components to ensure financial compliance.• Support the annual budgeting processes and monthly/quarterly forecasting activities and drive Portfolio planning requirements and improvements.• Facilitate and lead financial planning sessions in support of the enterprise-wide IT Five-year Plan.• Partner with IT Senior Leadership to evaluate all project requests to ensure they align with corporate and business initiatives.• Assess decision-making process for strategic opportunities and provide recommendations for improvement.• Work closely with IT Financial Management team members and IT staff to identify and implement analytical tools to measure key IT success metrics, and financial performance.• Develop KPIs and metrics to measure IT performance against key industry benchmarks.• Build and maintain accurate financial models utilizing tools designed to track and forecast IT expenditures and operational performance.• Develop process to evaluate, classify and align IT investments across the run-grow-transform (RGT) model to determine current capacity and gaps.• Develop and manage adoption strategies to ensure Total Cost of Ownership (TOC) and Return on Investment (ROI) analysis are conducted for all IT investments.• Partner with IT Senior Leadership to develop business cases, evaluate investments, ensuring alignment with the strategic direction and the ROI it will deliver.• Support IT in developing solution-based costing to allow analysis of spend vs deliverable and make recommendations on legacy systems modernization approach to IT Leadership.• Assess key drivers affecting IT processes to determine the impact on IT Financial Management processes and deliverables.• Work closely with IT and Corporate Finance to qualify projects for Internal Use Capitalization, facilitate review sessions with all IT stakeholders involved, ensuring clear understanding of the process and obtain agreement for quarterly reporting of employees and external spend.• Work collaboratively with the Project Management Office (PMO) to align on processes for project financial risk assessments, and financial reporting within Clarity PPM Tool.• Provide financial analysis as needed, for contract negotiations.• Proactively communicate issues and concerns identified during daily activities

Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or comparable field of study or equivalent work experience.• 10+ years of financial planning and analysis experience in a high-tech environment is preferred.• MBA in Accounting, Finance is preferred.• Background in Finance/IT space preferred.• Strong problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills.• Strong understanding or Finance and Accounting disciplines and ability to apply them to assist IT/GRC in developing processes, business cases, etc.• Experience working with global technology teams, knowledge of technology used and relevant accounting.• Knowledge and experience in budget/forecasting processes and long-term planning.• Strong team player with willingness to collaborate, and the ability to influence across virtual teams and disparate stakeholder groups.• Self-motivated and independent with the ability to develop action plans, communicate effectively and execute with limited oversight.• Strong communication skills and ability to work across all levels of the organization.• Thrive in a fast paced, change oriented organization, with a focus on customer service.• Proficiency in Excel. Graphs, Charts, Macros and Table lookups.• Expertise in Financial modeling and dealing with large data sets.• Proficiency with other Microsoft products (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and D365 a plus)
