Job Description: Principal Scientist, Biology 1295610

Location: Greater Boston, MA (Hybrid)

Science/ Focus: Biologics and small molecules focused within hematological diseases Therapeutic Areas: Hematological diseases

Job Overview: The right candidate will have extensive expertise with cell biology mechanism of action studies, in vivo efficacy studies and bioassay development

Responsibilities:
  • Design and oversee in vitro and in vivo studies to demonstrate efficacy
  • Discover and validate pathways and biomarkers associated with mechanism of action and drug response
  • Identify and closely work with CROs to design and execute studies to demonstrate proof of concept
Qualifications:
  • PhD with 3+ years of industry experience in drug discovery and development
  • Demonstrated expertise in molecular cell biology and in vivo efficacy studies
  • Strong knowledge in hematology, inflammatory diseases, or anemia research
