The Test Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure processes and staff skills align with technology strategy.

Your Primary Responsibilities :
  • Accountable for independent completion of assigned projects, processes, or programs
  • Ability to apply advanced understanding of functional area or product focus with expertise regarding the broader firm offerings / competitive market. Leverages advanced knowledge of market trends to influence decision impacting team or functional area.
  • Responsible for end-to-end automated test in Java, JS, Selenium to validate system functionality and contribute to overall automation framework design and enhancement.
  • Responsible for Developing automated component test to validate component behavior
  • Responsible for creating and executing system test plan/strategy
  • Expert in Execution and maintenance of automation scripts to support execution against different testing environments and able to integrate automated suites with CI/CD pipeline
  • Interact with users, business analysts, application development teams to understand business/technical requirements and system design.
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately.
  • Responsible for system integration testing, including automation, of newly developed or enhanced applications.
  • Ensures the functionality of the functional design specification is met. Requires a functional understanding of distributed test environments.
  • Extensive experience in an Agile/DevOps environment in collaboration with BAs, product owners and application developers.
  • Partner with different internal partners - Product Management, Application Development, DevOps and other Technical teams.
  • Prepares the data within the environment vital for larger and more sophisticated systems.

Talents Needed For Success:
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Software Test Engineering or technology environment
  • 4+ years of Team Lead experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred

Additional Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years hands-on Selenium Java Automation development skills with significant experience applying those skills in test environments
  • Experience in web development such as HTML, FPML, XML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience in software development methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
  • Experience with at least one RDBMS such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase
