Integration is a dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities. Every day is a different set of challenges to overcome. Whether hardware, software, networking or some combination of all three, you'll be stretched to learn about how our systems work and identify the sources of new and unexpected issues through lots of troubleshooting and data analysis. You'll be expected to collaborate across disciplines and partner to implement solutions. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team

Operate our systems, as well as related simulators/stimulators

Identify and resolve issues and anomalies through debugging/troubleshooting and data analysis

Integrate hardware or software into a tactical system, and evaluate the functionality and impact of these changes

Develop integration documentation, execute plans and procedures, process and analyze data, and communicate results

Communicate with internal and/or external stakeholders

Travel to support mission execution at applicable facility, test site, vendor, and/or customer location, including local travel between RMD facilities in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or a Master's degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience.

Relevant experience includes engineering experience with the integration and verification for a complex system, such as a radar system

Experience working in an integration lab, test facility, or in the field, supporting integration and/or verification, including:

Proficiency troubleshooting, including the use of commercial test equipment (oscilloscopes, network analyzer, spectrum analyzer), in support of subsystem integration activity

Experience with reading and integrating C/C software routines with hardware/electronics

Experience with UNIX/Linux operating systems and the related command line structures

Proficiency in using tools for data analysis (MATLAB)

Experience developing and executing test plans and test procedures, documenting the findings, and communicating program progress to internal and/or external customers

Experience leading a team, including responsibility for management of cost and schedule, experience with identifying and communicating program risk, and developing and implementing risk mitigation plans

Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Value:

Experience working in a integration lab, test facility, or in the field, supporting integration and/or verification of complex military systems such as command and control systems or radar systems

Experience with hands-on root cause identification, corrective action implementation and verification

Experience with scripting tools, such as Python, for automating test execution or data analysis

Experience using DOORS or other requirements management tools

Knowledge of signal processing and related algorithms

Ground Test or Flight Test experience with radar systems, weapons systems, or command and control systems

Experience identifying and collecting integration metrics

Experience as an Earned Value Practitioner, such as having cost account management responsibility
