Build and manage stakeholder relationships and effectively obtain information from stakeholders to form requirements. Liaise with stakeholders who are off site using tools such as teleconferencing and email, and accurately capture the information provided in a format stakeholder can understand.A Process Automation Delivery Team operates within our region to drive this new generation technology, called

Blue Prism Software, working closely with a Global Process Automation Centre of Excellence (CoE) to maximize our capability and generate a consistent return on investment.A role you will loveThe Process Modeler is responsible for creating automation solutions within a version-controlled Process Development Lifecycle (PDLC) incorporating RACI, repeatable Task List and Templated Document Set. The ability to learn in a fast-paced environment is critical, as the role is expected to comprehend and transform existing business processes into automated solutions within short timeframes. Operating within a team environment, the Process Modeler works closely with local and global counterparts to share knowledge.

Configuration and VerificationDevelop and configure process automations per low-level design and technical design documentation to meet defined requirements. Comply with and help to enforce design and coding standards, policies, and procedures. Ensure quality of coded components by performing thorough testing.

  • Configure Objects, Processes and Components
  • Execute Code Review and Correct Defects
  • Execute Configuration Testing and Correct Defects

User Acceptance TestBe a catalyst to change by demonstrating an understanding of existing processes and clearly depicting to subject matter experts (SMEs) that an automated solution is equal or better. Maintain the flexibility to facilitate change requirements as part of a structured change control process, further enforcing your SME relationships.
  • Execute Verification Test Cases & Correct Defects

DeploymentPrepare the necessary documentation to handover automated solutions into business as usual (BAU) processes, enabling a stable environment through adequate forward planning. Conduct walkthroughs with relevant persons to ensure appropriate knowledge transfer.
  • Create Implementation Planning Document (IPD) Draft
  • Conduct IPD Walkthrough with Process Owner and SME
  • Seek IPD Sign Off from Process Owner
  • Update Production Control Document
What will you bring to the role?

Required:
  • Demonstrated experience liaising with stakeholders to elicit requirements and/or improvement opportunities using a broad range of technologies
  • Experience working in a remote team setting
  • Experience documenting and/or designing business processes
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and/or projects simultaneously to tight deadlines
  • Experience negotiating the scope of solutions with stakeholders
  • Experience delivering solutions based on consistent processes, policies and best practices

Preferred:
  • Exposure working with SS&C Blue Prism Enterprise or equivalent RPA software
  • Exposure working with Nintex K2 Software Platform
  • Exposure working with IBM Blueworks Live
  • Experience using graphical modelling tools such as Visio or similar to depict process flows
  • Broad understanding of applications utilized within Computershare
  • A Degree in Computing, Business, Information Systems
