Process Validation Engineer

ZP Group is seeking a

• Write, review, and revise batch records, SOPs and protocols for external manufacturing
• Support deviations, CAPAs, and change controls for external manufacturing across sites in US, EU and Asia
• Assist or lead process improvement projects including, but not limited to, implementing new manufacturing lines, integrating new management systems, troubleshooting current manufacturing process
• Lead tech transfer process from internal to external manufacturing, manage CMOs, and manage all internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee and assist with process validation, facility fit and design, and CMO selection.
• Review and audit all documentation associated to external manufacturing activities.

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering or a related field
• At least 2-5 years of experience working in a pharmaceutical environment within process engineering, process development, and/or manufacturing sciences and technology.
• Strong technical writing skills and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable wearing proper PPE and working in a Laboratory.

• $60,000-$100,000-Compensation: based on previous experience
