The IT Product Manager, Enterprise Applications is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) who manages the custom Payment Services and Dunkin' Rewards Fund Management programs in a high-volume environment. This role provides product and process leadership for all projects, enhancements, and day to day production support issues related to the Payment Services and Dunkin' Rewards Funds Management programs. This includes onboarding new vendors to the Payment Services program, supporting existing ones, leading solution design, performing configuration and testing of associated system processes (incl. Oracle Receivables, Payables) and managing Reporting needs of the business team. Additional duties include problem-solving and cross-functional decision making through collaboration with Accounting, IT and other departmental Teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Payment Services & Dunkin' Rewards Fund Management
  • Be the IT point of contact for business teams managing these programs
  • Work with key business functional partners to plan, design, build, deploy and support system enhancements which enable business process and information delivery success
  • Develop project/enhancement scope definition and detailed requirements through document reviews, user discussions, and requirement workshops
  • Responsible for translating business requirements into functional specifications, manage Unit, Regression, and Integration testing
  • Responsible for performing all configuration, best practice setups for Oracle Application Object Library (lookups, profile options, messages, etc.), Order Receivables, and Oracle Payables functionalities, as used in these programs
  • Lead, mentor, and coach business functional users in making appropriate business and IT process changes/decisions to deliver desired results
  • Onboard new vendors to the Payment Services program, review data file specifications with them, and provide testing feedback to them
  • Understand the integration between the Payment Services program and franchisee-facing Universal Enrollment Tool and Universal Finance Tool
  • Understand the integration between the Dunkin' Rewards program and Universal Enrollment Tool, custom Points Fund Engine
  • Manage ACH and lockbox integrations for these programs with our bank.
  • Work with business and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
  • Understand and support all reporting requirements
  • Support and manage relationship with external vendors, trading partners, service providers, and internal teams (both IT and business), as needed

Financials Application Support
  • Responsible for prioritizing break fix/enhancement requests with Technical Managers and Business Users to ensure delivery and acceptance of prioritized requests in a timely manner
  • Responsible for creating/maintaining ongoing documentation for existing or new break/fix, enhancements, and business processes, as needed
  • Work with the Technical/Architecture teams to create and maintain business process design & architecture diagrams
  • Adhere to established IT standards for system and applications architecture, configuration, and documentation. Develops standardized documentation and policies for new IT solutions
  • Ensure that all processes and documentation are adequate and effective to meet specifications and audit requirements
  • Accounting, Finance teams
  • Various IT Teams: Enterprise Applications, Managed Services partners, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Store Systems, and BI Teams

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree with concentration in IT, Engineering, or Business
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive, relevant IT experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of system implementation/support experience
  • Candidates must have functional understanding and prior work experience of Oracle Application Object Library, Receivables, and Payables applications
  • Experience of using database query tools like TOAD, SQL Developer, etc. and familiarity with database entity relationships are must haves
  • Significant experience in solution delivery and change management through all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to meet common objectives through teamwork
  • Experience with Vendor and Release Management is highly desirable

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Functional understanding of Application Object Library (lookups, profile options, messages, etc.), Receivables, and Payables applications including bank integrations
  • Ability to self-learn, work in a high volume, fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal, written communications, and presentation skills with an emphasis on being able to present technical topics in an easy-to-understand way to a non-technical audience. Strong partnering skills and an internal customer service mindset are required
  • Knowledge of BI/XML Publisher or other Reporting Solutions
