Production Associate

Aerotek's client is a leading advanced material provider for the composite and protective markets. For over 60 years, they have developed technologically advanced fiber reinforcements and prepregs for customers in the aerospace, defense, energy, industrial, and protective markets. They are looking for a Production Associate to join their team!Ideal Candidate is able to:Startup, operate, clean up, and shut down, of coating machines and other equipment and processes in accordance with standard operating procedures and in a manner that keeps pace with demand and meets acceptable production and quality targets.

Stage material through barcoding, labels, and maintains accurate inventories during runs.

Customize basic equipment settings following customer and/or product requirements.  

Visually inspects product as it runs to ensure fabric produced meets all specifications.

Skills:machine operator, Production, Machine operation, Machine operating, General production, mechanically inclinedAdditional Skills & Qualifications:1+ years of machine operator experience in a manufacturing production environment.

Must the okay working with hazardous materials

Must be okay bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
