Job Description

  • Technology experience-

Good knowledge in financial domain and front, middle office trading knowledge is mandatory. Should have experience and knowledge in

production support.

Dotnet not must, but good to have .

Database- good to have 1-2 years of experience.

Windows servers, database concepts, networking and scripting – good to have 1-2 years of experience.

  • Engagement with Stakeholders – Important for the day to day activities as a production support resource.
  • Communication and Interaction - Must be a confident communicator capable of communicating effectively to help traders, portfolio managers and other business technology users.
  • Proactive - Must be proactive and capable of going into an unknown situation (typical support ticket) and of finding a solution of path forward through research and working with others.
  • Technology and Investments - all are not required, good to have 1 or 2.
  • Technology - General technical knowledge including Windows servers, database concepts, networking and scripting are important.

  • Investment Management - Knowledge of trading systems and electronic trading and post-trade STP all help and are a plus. Knowledge of CRD products is a big plus.
  • Experience - Experience as a systems analyst / support analyst or developer in investment management is a good foundation.
  • Character - Important
  • Follow Through - Must be able to follow through to determine a solution or a path forward.
  • Team Player - It is important that they are a team player that can work well with the rest of the team.
  • Knowledge Growth - It is important that they are open to learning and teaching others. Knowledge capture and sharing.
