Job Description
Project Manager We are looking for a project manager for Boston's 311 upgrade. This person will manage, plan, organize, and control all development activities related to the upgrade of the 311 CRM application. Duties include: managing the 311 upgrade and other projects of varying size and complexity; creating and maintaining project plans; ensuring that users and project team members roles and responsibilities are defined; coordinating and monitoring activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget; ensuring that user requirements, deliverables and approvals are defined and documented; communicating project status; promoting use of PMI best practices; ensuring the delivery of products that meet user requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM systems and enterprise-wide rollouts. The ideal candidate will also have technical experience in networking, VPN, APIs, data, and GIS. We are looking for a strong communicator with excellent documentation skills and someone who can foster and maintain vendor and stakeholder relationships from contract to project to go-live.- ID: #43688575
