Project Manager

Location: Onsite in Lexington, MA

Job Responsibilities:o Lead the definition, planning, and implementation of key projectso Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverableso Defines project tasks and resource requirements in collaboration with otherso Develops full scale project planso Reports issues, concerns, and opportunities to management as neededo Performs project risk management to minimize risks to budget, timeline, and resultso Assembles and coordinates project staffo Manages project budgeto Manages project resource allocationo Plans and schedules project timelineso Tracks project deliverables using appropriate toolso Provides direction and support to project teamo Leads project quality assurance by developing and monitoring key project metricso Monitors and reports on progress of the project to all stakeholderso Produces and present reports defining project progress, problems and solutionso Implements and manage projects changes and interventions to achieve project outputso Conducts project closure evaluations and assessment of results

Requirements:o Bachelor’s degree (degree in technical field such as engineering, or sciences preferred)o Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading multiple complex, cross-functional projectso Experience in manufacturing or similar environmento Proficient with project management softwareo Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience required

Preferred experienceo Experience within a regulated market such as medical device, pharmaceutical, biologics, or combination device.o Experience with the Quality System Regulation (QSR) and ISO 13485o Experience with a contract manufacturing organization (CMO) a strong plus.o Lean Six Sigma or similar experience strongly preferredo Superb written and verbal communication skillso Strong computer skillso Experience with internal and external customerso Business acumeno Risk identification and analysis techniqueso Leadership, conflict resolution, and influencing without authority
