Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale construction projects. The ideal project manager will be driven to provide our clients with excellent service.    Responsibilities: Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.Can analyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.Verify that effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized.Ensure application of best practice on all projects.Production of formal project status reports and other reports as requiredMonitor the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure that the approved design standards are applied correctly.Manage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviewsManage the flow of project information between the project team through regular meetings and written communications.Forecast and update key project milestones and budget.Manage and monitor local design teams in accordance with commission criteriaProvide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholdersReview and manage submittal and RFI logsProvide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where requiredIndependent review of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs from architects, contractors and suppliers.Client management – assist in developing excellent working relationships with Clients, with a view towards maximizing new opportunities.Strategic Thinking - provides advice to project teams on approaches that can be adopted to successfully achieve both clients’ objectives and business objectives.Knowledge management – ensure that key information and learnings generated from each project are captured.Process improvement – Identify ways to improve internal systems and processesSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicableProject/Program specifications: Project/Program specific responsibilities: Onsite management of day-to-day project activities and suppliers including general contractors, architects, engineering professionals, furniture suppliers, security suppliers, technology suppliers and other specialty project suppliers.Manage all communication with both key clients and project stakeholders in an effective and timely manner.Market sector experience: Occupier services, professional services, office / tenant fit out.Project/program size in dollar value: Up to $30M.Software specific requirements: Microsoft word, excel, outlook, Teams and PowerPoint, Microsoft project or P6, Bluebeam.Certification requirements: LEED and PMP preferred.
