Project Manager – MasterControl

Description:6+ months. Remote with up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities:
  • Build effective working relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Work under supervision while identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems
  • Manage several projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  • Create and manage project documents and schedules/project plans
  • Facilitate project kickoff meetings
  • Interact and work knowledgably with customers
  • Lead projects with cross-functional teams
  • Identify project resource requirements and facilitate staffing through resource manager
  • Other duties as required

Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of project management experience in a software services related field
  • Technical knowledge of MasterControl products and networking
  • Experience with the QX and RX modules within MasterControl suite of tools
  • Experience with resource management and forecasting, task and delivery management, risk identification and management, and issue identification and management
  • Ability to plan, problem solve, and deliver with some supervision
  • Understanding of project methodologies, including agile, hybrid, or waterfall
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • PMP or other project management certification a plus
