- Experience in agile framework with financial/investment experience to help in managing a product build.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of project framework and to the successful organizational with Agile methodology
- Work with Scrum teams to create success criteria and communicate them to stakeholders
- Managed projects / programs with effective risk management, change management and stakeholder management for business units, legal and Finance departments, and cross functional teams
- Actively directing and managing cross-functional projects and programs with managing contingencies, scope, budget, plan and utilizing timely and effective escalation with transparent visibility
- Develop relevant metrics that help the team see how they are progressing and provide management insight regarding the performance of the team
- Provides leadership in the establishment and development of project base line budgets, resource allocation, and schedules in individual and group situations
- Track progress of project by maintaining constant communication with senior management staff within client’s company and internally.
- Knows the SDLC and MS methodology well able to articulate and understand the pain points of customer
- Design the solution to address the pain points and deliver it, having exposure to the application support engagement
- Collaborate with third party developers, finance, quality control, production, production support, Information Technology and others as required to provide technical direction on systems analysis, gathering of requirements, design, development, testing, debugging and deployment of new functionalities and features
